Mark Kaferlein started the company in 2007 because he wanted to help guide homeowners through the remodeling process, and give them a final product that was better than what he was seeing in the market.

Here is what you can expect during your home renovation project:

• Proposal process: During this phase, we meet with the architect, homeowner, or both to discuss the project and receive construction documents. We will also set up subcontractor meetings to review existing home conditions. The final step is to submit a complete project proposal to the homeowner.
• Communication: Communication is the key to a successful project-- during every stage of the project, we will be in touch with the homeowner.
• Construction environment: We maintain a safe, child-proof, and clean work environment both inside and outside of the home. We minimize the impact of dust and debris in living spaces by sealing off work areas during construction.
